DELIVERY SCHEDULE

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For service.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. Customers who are ordering personalised stationery are advised to allow 1 week for delivery (from approval of artwork) in case we are experiencing heavy workloads.

Delivery time once dispatched using the Royal Mail service is next working day however we recommend that you allow 2-3 working days to be absolutely certain especially for delivery during busy times such as Christmas and remote parts of the UK, i.e., for the extreme Highlands & Islands.

We regret that we are unable to take orders or deliver items outside the UK Mainland at the moment.

We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver by the Royal Mail.

DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us at the time you place your order. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details when you place your order. Please advise if you require delivery to a different address than your order address. We do not despatch at the weekend or on Public Holidays. If you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will take slightly longer to process.

For Yoo Ltd will not be held liable for any failure to deliver products or any delay due to unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control.
