We have put together some frequently asked questions. Please take the time to read through as we may have answered your question here first.

STATIONERY

Q:  Are your cards actually made by hand?

Our stationery has been assembled entirely by hand, without any merchandised production. The materials used i.e., card, paper, paint, etc., may not be handmade.

Q:  What size is your stationery?

Our personalised note cards measure 10.5cm x 14.8cm portrait or landscape format.

Our letterhead stationery measures 14.8cm x 21cm (A5) in mainly portrait format.

Our Envelopes measure 11.4 x 16.2cm (A6 size).

Q:  What type of packaging do you offer?

All items are delivered in robust packaging and our social stationery comes in a beautiful smart gift box.

Q:  How do I add a "deliver by date"

You can purchase your stationery in advance so that you will never miss a special occasion again! After loading your basket with the products you wish to purchase and selecting the delivery address, the next stage is to check out and defer your delivery.

Just choose the "Deferred Delivery" item link on the Checkout Page.

YYYY-MM-DD (delivery by a specific date). We try to aim to deliver just slightly before the date you have specified with a label printed on to the outside of the package reading "do not open until - date you have specified". Please note: If you are ordering for an event that is outside our cut-off date, we will not be able to guarantee delivery.

Q:  Do I have to open an Account?

No. You can purchase any of our stationery without setting up an account. The advantage of opening an account is that it is quicker to place an order when you come back to our website as we already have the information available to complete a transaction which means that you avoid having to type in all your details again.

Q:  Are my Account details secure?

Yes. Only you can access your account using your own unique password.

Q:  How are the goods packaged?

We use robust cardboard packaging. Every effort is made to ensure that your stationery arrives in perfect condition.

Q:  How long will my order take?

We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours.  Customers who are ordering personalised stationery are advised to allow 1 week for delivery (from approval of artwork), in case we are experiencing heavy workloads.

Q:  How can I be certain that you have received my order?

Every order receives a confirmatory email from us within 24 hours. You should retain this as your order confirmation. If you do not receive one, it could mean that we have not received your order, or it may mean that the e-mail address you have registered with us is incorrect so the order confirmation cannot reach you. Q:  I am having trouble logging in?

Please check first that you are keying in the email address and password correctly. You may want to check you are using the same e-mail address you registered with otherwise the system will not recognise you. If you are keying in details correctly but still can't log in, the next step is to reset your password. You can do this by clicking the "reset" link on the Log In page. You will receive an email to the email address you registered with that contains information you need to reset your password. Q:  How do I know what is in my basket?

You can check the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the "My Basket" button on the top navigation bar. When the contents of the basket are displayed you have several options. At any time you can remove a single item by clicking on "remove". You can change the quantity of each purchase by altering the number in the "Quantity" box and then click "Update Basket".

Q:  I have chosen my goods. What next?

When you have selected the items that you wish to purchase click on the "Checkout" button on the top navigation bar. You will then be asked for your name and related information after which clicking on the "Submit Order" will transfer you to our secure server where payment information is provided for us to process your order.
